About the role

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy.
  • Generate leads to onboard new influencer partners, negotiate agreements, and manage relationships.
  • Create content and briefs for influencers in assigned campaigns and manage influencer’s content schedules.
  • Monitor and control campaign budgets to achieve set KPIs, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
  • Contribute to refining internal processes for increased efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, influencer events, and news for continuous improvement.
  • Implement new, creative approaches and channels to influencer campaigns.
  • Provide support to an Influencer Marketing manager.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing and lead generation, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles including blogging, vlogging, and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems with strong analytical skills to track, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Expertise in social media platforms, particularly YouTube, with additional experience in Instagram, TikTok, or other platforms considered an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Lithuanian, with strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to develop innovative influencer marketing strategies.
  • Result-driven team player who can work both independently and collaboratively, with strong task-prioritization skills.
