About the role

  • Build component libraries and design systems; optimize and maintain e-shop frontends using Next.js and Vue
  • Do light backend work (Symfony) to help shape APIs and work end-to-end when desired
  • Ensure uptime, stability, and smooth user experiences for a global audience
  • Collaborate with design, backend, and sales & marketing from idea stage onward
  • Own features end-to-end: ideate, refine, build, test, and deliver
  • Contribute to testing culture (unit, UI, end-to-end) and drive quality improvements
  • Participate in hackathons, tech spikes, and share techy side projects

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript, React (Next.js), and Vue
  • Experience building or improving e-commerce/e-shop products in real projects
  • Business- and customer-focused mindset
  • Experience with A/B testing tools and experiments
  • Experience writing and running unit, UI, and end-to-end tests
  • Organized and able to manage own backlog and prioritize
  • Comfortable sharing feedback and collaborating in a cross-functional team
  • Interest in 3D, canvas, or real-time features (bonus)
  • Bonus: Passion for performance, accessibility, and modern frontend best practices
  • Bonus: Excitement for automotive or geeky side projects
  • Bonus: Experience with PHP, Symfony (Sylius), or other e-commerce backends
