About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects, evaluations, and sign-offs.
  • Define project scope, objectives, feasibility, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to support local manufacturing and future production opportunities.
  • Manage project performance, risks, and changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships across all divisions.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and regular management updates on progress, risks, and key deliverables.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A 3-year tertiary qualification in Marketing, Finance or Engineering discipline
  • Minimum 3 years leadership experience
  • Formal training in Project Management
  • Successful completion of the LDQ Desktop and practical research experience
  • Team / task leadership experience
  • Scenario planning or evaluation
  • Proven track record of Project Management
  • Business case preparation and analysis
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Strong presentation preparation (MS Office)
  • Display excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills with respect to project reporting, problem escalation and resolution
  • Initiative and engagement
