About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects, evaluations, and sign-offs.
Define project scope, objectives, feasibility, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop, manage, and monitor project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
Conduct feasibility studies to support local manufacturing and future production opportunities.
Manage project performance, risks, and changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships across all divisions.
Prepare project documentation, reports, and regular management updates on progress, risks, and key deliverables.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A 3-year tertiary qualification in Marketing, Finance or Engineering discipline
Minimum 3 years leadership experience
Formal training in Project Management
Successful completion of the LDQ Desktop and practical research experience
Team / task leadership experience
Scenario planning or evaluation
Proven track record of Project Management
Business case preparation and analysis
Strong Analytical skills
Strong presentation preparation (MS Office)
Display excellent attention to detail
Good communication skills with respect to project reporting, problem escalation and resolution
Initiative and engagement
