About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Definire ed implementare il CRM aziendale sulla base delle strategie indicate dal marchio di riferimento;
- Promuovere il dialogo tra i reparti vendita, service, BDC e marketing al fine di incrementare le opportunità di business;
- Presidiare continuamente il processo di Lead Management per massimizzare l'efficacia nella gestione dei contatti;
- Monitorare i KPI definiti dal marchio di riferimento;
- Aggiornare il database dei clienti;
Requirements
What you’ll need- Pregressa esperienza nel settore automotive preferibilmente con ruoli analoghi;
- Ottime competenze analitiche e di comunicazione;
- Conoscenza dei principali strumenti di marketing digitale;
- Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese e autonomia nell'utilizzo di Excel;
- Pregressa esperienza nel ruolo maturata all’interno di concessionarie mediamente strutturate può costituire titolo preferenziale;
- Conoscenza del gestionale Cross;
