About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and evolve the organization's Quality Engineering strategy.
- Establish standards, frameworks, and best practices for software quality.
- Promote adoption of Shift Left and Quality by Design practices.
- Serve as a technical reference on topics related to software quality.
- Foster test automation across multiple layers, including Web, API, and Mobile.
- Define quality, engineering, and reliability metrics and indicators.

- Support digital transformation processes and the evolution of quality maturity.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.
- MBA in Technology preferred.
- Proven experience in Software Quality and Quality Engineering.
- Experience leading teams, chapters, or QA/QE communities of practice.
- Experience in agile environments and product-oriented organizations.
- Track record of implementing test automation at scale.
- Experience driving cultural transformation related to quality.
