About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and evolve the organization's Quality Engineering strategy.
Establish standards, frameworks, and best practices for software quality.
Promote adoption of Shift Left and Quality by Design practices.
Serve as a technical reference on topics related to software quality.
Foster test automation across multiple layers, including Web, API, and Mobile.
Define quality, engineering, and reliability metrics and indicators.
Influence leaders and squads to adopt a shared quality culture.
Facilitate communities of practice, chapters, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support digital transformation processes and the evolution of quality maturity.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.
MBA in Technology preferred.
Proven experience in Software Quality and Quality Engineering.
Experience leading teams, chapters, or QA/QE communities of practice.
Experience in agile environments and product-oriented organizations.
Track record of implementing test automation at scale.
Experience driving cultural transformation related to quality.
