About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and implement logistics projects, production requests, and improvement initiatives
- Design and implement logistics facilities (racking, packaging, storage, trolleys, pallets, etc.)
- Develop production and warehouse layouts using CAD systems
- Coordinate project meetings and liaise with stakeholders across departments
- Develop and optimise packaging specifications to reduce cost and prevent damage
- Ensure compliance with safety, technical, and operational standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- National Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Industrial Engineering / Logistics / Project or Operations Management
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics processes within an automotive manufacturing environment
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Project Engineer in Logistics Planning or similar
- Minimum 2 years’ Project Management experience
- Experience with CAD systems, Power BI, Simulation Programs
- Experience working with external contractors on facility development/modifications
- German language proficiency advantageous
