Corporate Sales Specialist – Re-Advertise
Volkswagen GroupCorporate Sales Specialist at Volkswagen Group Africa driving fleet sales growth and building client relationships. Manage corporate accounts while collaborating with the Dealer Network to enhance sales strategies.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and secure corporate and fleet sales opportunities to drive volume and market share.
- Build and manage relationships with fleet clients, leasing companies, and key accounts.
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and coordinate structured sales engagement programmes.
- Support and guide the Dealer Network on corporate sales strategies and prospecting.
- Utilise CRM systems (SAP) to manage customer data, insights, and interactions.
- Lead negotiations with fleet customers to secure incremental sales.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights and recommendations.
- Plan and execute corporate sales campaigns and initiatives.
- Track performance, analyse feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
- Align dealers, regional teams, and corporate clients to maximise sales outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- A tertiary qualification, preferably in Marketing and/or Sales
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail/marketing
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing of vehicles and sales with the above average product knowledge
- Experience in dealing with large client groups
- Strong negotiation and selling skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management capability
- Strong planning, organising, and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and strategically
- Customer-focused with a good understanding of CRM systems and customer engagement programmes
- High levels of initiative, flexibility, and innovation
