About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in a structured rotational program across three core pillars of quality analysis — Material Analysis, Functional Testing, and Dimensional Evaluation
- Gain hands-on experience, working on impactful projects, and developing critical professional skills
- Work alongside engineers and quality experts to identify root causes of issues and propose countermeasures
- Review failure analysis and component release testing to develop a series monitoring plan for material testing
- Analyze large datasets to identify critical components and recurring issues based on historical testing
- Conduct and review functional release testing to establish a series monitoring plan
- Analyze historical and new functional test data to identify trends and systemic concerns
- Review dimensional release data to create monitoring plans and identify deviations from standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Knowledge of material properties, component performance, and dimensional measurement techniques
- Technical writing and presentation skills for documenting findings and communicating results
- Ability to conduct physical testing on complete vehicles and individual components
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and data visualization
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple complex tasks
- Collaborative mindset for working with engineers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
