About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in a structured rotational program across three core pillars of quality analysis — Material Analysis, Functional Testing, and Dimensional Evaluation
Gain hands-on experience, working on impactful projects, and developing critical professional skills
Work alongside engineers and quality experts to identify root causes of issues and propose countermeasures
Review failure analysis and component release testing to develop a series monitoring plan for material testing
Analyze large datasets to identify critical components and recurring issues based on historical testing
Conduct and review functional release testing to establish a series monitoring plan
Analyze historical and new functional test data to identify trends and systemic concerns
Review dimensional release data to create monitoring plans and identify deviations from standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Knowledge of material properties, component performance, and dimensional measurement techniques
Technical writing and presentation skills for documenting findings and communicating results
Ability to conduct physical testing on complete vehicles and individual components
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and data visualization
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple complex tasks
Collaborative mindset for working with engineers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
