About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and drive organisational development and employee engagement initiatives across the business
  • Focus on improving workplace culture, leadership effectiveness, and overall employee engagement through structured programmes, surveys, and interventions
  • Plan and manage annual employee engagement (StiBa) survey process
  • Support managers throughout the survey process, including preparation, feedback, and action planning
  • Guide leadership in creating and tracking engagement action plans
  • Facilitate workshops, discussions, and engagement sessions across teams
  • Analyse survey results and prepare clear reports and presentations
  • Coordinate communication and engagement campaigns with internal teams
  • Act as the main liaison with global VW engagement networks
  • Support implementation of group-wide engagement initiatives and recommendations
  • Facilitate organisational development, culture, and learning interventions
  • Identify team culture challenges and provide solutions
  • Organise engagement activities such as workshops and team events
  • Work with internal communications to ensure clear messaging
  • Manage budgets related to OD and engagement initiatives
  • Track progress and measure the effectiveness of engagement programmes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (3 years) in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or Organisational Development
  • Professional registration (e.g., Industrial Psychologist or Certified Coach) is an advantage
  • 3–5 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably in, Training and Development, HR Consulting or Assessment and Diagnostics
  • Experience in employee engagement and organisational development initiatives
  • Understanding of change management processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Planning, analytical, and facilitation ability
  • Conflict management
  • Project management
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Adaptable and self-motivated.
