About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Scheduling and reception of clients
- Intake, processing, and case management related to loss events
- Issuing approvals for payouts related to loss events
- Submitting objections to insurance calculations and related matters
- Systematic handling of loss events, preparation of supporting documentation, and archiving
- Cooperation with dealer service centers, insurance companies, and clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum VI level of professional education with an economics background
- At least 2 years of work experience in insurance and claims-related roles
- Active knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
- Proficient use of MS Office applications
