About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Industrial Engineering team focused on Connected Vehicle business operations.
  • Develop automated processes to reconcile invoice data with Volkswagen system data.
  • Improve data accuracy, transparency, and efficiency across financial and operational systems.
  • Document and assess existing data handling and reconciliation practices.
  • Create data visualization dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to track key metrics.
  • Provide training to Volkswagen personnel.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A rising college Junior, Senior or recent graduate
  • Strong GPA
  • Strong preference for Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Finance or related degrees.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Experience or coursework in Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Experience with data automation and reconciliation workflows within business intelligence environments.
