About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure full transparency of company performance across Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations
- Define and continuously refine the company-wide KPI framework
- Own and continuously improve executive dashboards in Power BI
- Develop and maintain dashboards for Sales, Finance & HR, and other operational areas
- Design data models in Power BI integrating SAP and Salesforce data
- Define reporting standards, documentation, and data governance principles
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced Analytical Capability
- Strong understanding of financial steering logic
- High methodological discipline in building data models
- Strong Power BI expertise
- Solid understanding of SAP and Salesforce data structures
- Ability to present complex analytical results clearly to senior management
- High sense of accountability for data accuracy
