About the role

  • Participate in projects to optimize processes and part quality in After Sales and take ownership of sub-projects
  • Create presentations, analyses and dashboards (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI)
  • Analyze large data sets, prepare reports and derive improvement measures
  • Maintain and link databases and support the setup of new reporting structures
  • Support the further development of concepts, processes and KPIs across the After Sales quality chain

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a master’s program (or bachelor’s program with at least 90 ECTS) with a business or technical focus (e.g., Industrial Engineering or comparable degree programs)
  • Good to very good academic performance; 12 months of remaining study time is an advantage
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Initial experience with Power tools & reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps) and data analysis desirable
  • Basic knowledge of VBA or other programming languages is an advantage
  • Interest in process optimization, quality and data-driven work, and a structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
  • English language level B1
