About the role

  • Identification of risks, derivation of mitigation measures, and monitoring in collaboration with all business units
  • Modeling, analysis, and improvement of the risk management process
  • Further development, maintenance, and documentation of the risk management system
  • Support in maintaining the central risk database
  • Support in developing and conducting risk training and workshops
  • Preparation of reports for senior management

Requirements

  • Strong interest in risk management
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor
  • Cooperative, team-oriented working style
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
