About the role

  • Provide analytical resource to Audi National Sales Manager and others
  • Calculate, analyse and control national dealer and direct channels targets
  • Establishment of Regional potential with regard to Targets and Sales
  • Monitor national dealer and direct channels performance to target
  • Assist with sales analysis / trends
  • Compile summary reports of dealer incentives to Finance for payment and audit
  • Provide marketing intelligence reports to stakeholders

Requirements

  • A recognised 3-year National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Sales / Finance / Commerce / Business Science
  • Minimum of 3 years motor industry experience, ideally in Volume Planning / Dealer Sales / Franchise Operations
  • Keen analytical ability
  • Highly numerate
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Demonstrate a high level of detail consciousness / accuracy
  • Ability to think innovatively
  • Self-starting ability with the ability to operate independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate and form sound working relationships at all levels
  • Understand financial principles
  • Be innovative, resourceful and analytically minded
  • Team player, yet able to work and manage own output independently to meet high quality standards
  • Advanced: Proficiency in computer systems / MS Office with high proficiency in MS Excel and Thinkcell
  • Previous retail / field sales experience
