About the role

  • Support the analysis of customer data to develop precise target audience strategies
  • Create reports and dashboards that serve as the basis for strategic decisions
  • Assist in the planning, implementation and optimization of CRM campaigns — from concept to evaluation
  • Contribute your own ideas on how we can better leverage our data to delight customers
  • Work closely with colleagues from Marketing, Retail and Brand teams and learn how data-driven processes function in practice

Requirements

  • You are a matriculated student (m/f/d) in a business, communications, or IT-related degree program
  • You have a strong affinity for numbers and an interest in data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with data analysis or tools like Excel, Power BI or Qlik is a plus
  • You work in a structured, independent manner and bring creative ideas
  • Ideally, you are available for at least 6 months starting soon.
