About the role
- Support the analysis of customer data to develop precise target audience strategies
- Create reports and dashboards that serve as the basis for strategic decisions
- Assist in the planning, implementation and optimization of CRM campaigns — from concept to evaluation
- Contribute your own ideas on how we can better leverage our data to delight customers
- Work closely with colleagues from Marketing, Retail and Brand teams and learn how data-driven processes function in practice
Requirements
- You are a matriculated student (m/f/d) in a business, communications, or IT-related degree program
- You have a strong affinity for numbers and an interest in data analysis and reporting
- Experience with data analysis or tools like Excel, Power BI or Qlik is a plus
- You work in a structured, independent manner and bring creative ideas
- Ideally, you are available for at least 6 months starting soon.
