About the role
- Develop concepts and approaches for magnet recycling in electric drives
- Conduct competitive analyses of electric drives with respect to circular economy
- Research relevant literature on the subject
- Assess the economic viability and feasibility of circular economy strategies within the Volkswagen Group
Requirements
- Students enrolled in a Master's program or Bachelor's program (minimum 89 credit points) in STEM subjects, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields
- Good to very good academic performance
- Knowledge of sustainability assessment (LCA) or circular economy is desirable
- Self-starter, team player, and able to work independently
- German and English language skills at B2 level
