About the role

  • Actively contribute to the further development of data collection and preparation as well as the automation of defined KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) — all within an international automotive development environment.
  • Support the optimization and maintenance of various control boards for tracking metrics and report generation.
  • Maintain and expand a Jira project.
  • Maintain and update Jira tickets.
  • Create Jira reports.
  • Maintain Confluence pages.
  • Implement modules for data processing.
  • Create and maintain documentation.
  • Implement scripts and modules to automate various process steps.
  • Validate scripts by implementing tests.
  • Support and implement quality processes.

Requirements

  • You are enrolled in a degree program with a technical focus.
  • Programming skills in Python.
  • Experience with digital tools (Power BI).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent self-organization skills and a high level of personal initiative.
  • A structured way of working.
  • Motivation and willingness to independently learn and engage with new subject areas.
  • Very good German and English skills, spoken and written.
  • Willing to work on-site one to two days per week.
  • Planning to work 20 hours per week with us.
