About the role

  • Participate in a structured rotational program across Retail Analytics, After Sales KPI Benchmarking, and Franchise & Facility Activities.
  • Support the Region with sales, inventory, and wholesale analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and automate reports for field and dealer network that track KPIs.
  • Assist regional managers with after-sales operations metrics, and communications.
  • Engage in dealer network development and facility compliance tasks.

Requirements

  • Preferred Degree: Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Business Intelligence, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and auditing tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for learning in a dynamic business environment.
