About the role
- Participate in a structured rotational program across Retail Analytics, After Sales KPI Benchmarking, and Franchise & Facility Activities.
- Support the Region with sales, inventory, and wholesale analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Develop and automate reports for field and dealer network that track KPIs.
- Assist regional managers with after-sales operations metrics, and communications.
- Engage in dealer network development and facility compliance tasks.
Requirements
- Preferred Degree: Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Business Intelligence, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and auditing tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for learning in a dynamic business environment.
