About the role
- Participate in a structured rotational program across Retail Analytics & Program Coordination, After Sales Analytics, and Franchise & Facility Operations.
- Collaborate with regional leadership, dealership partners, and cross-functional teams to analyze data, support key business initiatives, and drive operational excellence across the Eastern Region.
- Conduct retail sales, inventory, and wholesale performance analysis to identify market trends.
- Develop and automate reports for the field and dealer network to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support regional forecasting, budgeting, and reporting efforts in coordination with HQ Sales Operations.
- Assist in coordinating regional programs and initiatives that improve dealer performance.
- Provide analytical and administrative support to enhance communication and alignment across regional teams.
Requirements
- Preferred Degree Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Analytical thinking and data interpretation for strategic decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaboration across cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Adaptability, professionalism, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional presentations and reporting.
