About the role

  • Collaborate with Product Planning to assess and understand the product strategy tailored for Canada.
  • Capture and communicate Connected Services product and business requirements across the user journey and customer touchpoints, ensuring alignment between Canadian market needs, VWoA and development teams.
  • Ensure all features comply with Canadian laws through thorough legal reviews.
  • Keep key stakeholders informed by reporting progress, issues, and risks.
  • Partner with VWoA and Canadian business stakeholders to identify and implement technical and business changes that enhance the product and app.
  • Stay ahead by understanding the competitive and technological landscape for Connected and Mobility Services.
  • Support the development of Business Cases for new features and revenue generating subscription plans.
  • Assist in budgeting for upcoming fiscal year and monitor monthly to ensure fiscal alignment.
  • Manage and maintain testing assets (Fleet Vehicles, Test Phones).

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Connected or Mobility Services
  • Proficient in MS Office, Tableau and other business intelligence tools is required
  • Strong Project Management skills - proven experience managing programs and medium to large scale projects
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • Passion for and or strong expertise with connected vehicles & IoT is a strong asset
  • Proficiency in designing data structures that enhance business intelligence capabilities
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
