About the role
- Effective planning, coordination, analysis and interpretation of strategic and financial inputs
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders from the sales, logistics & launch management departments
- Manage the overheads function for Group Parts
- Compilation of the Group Parts Finance Review deviation analysis and review presentation
- Ensure consistency of Landed Cost Factors
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Generate finance review information on LCOS (Logistics Cost of Sales)
- Prepare Parts Obsolescence report and ensure its accuracy
- Support the Financial Controller in strategic projects
- Review, recommend and document financial controls of the Group Parts department
Requirements
- Post Matric qualifications
- National Diploma / bachelor’s degree in financial management, Accounting or equivalent
- Must have a minimum of 3 – 5 Years financial experience in motor or related industry
- Proficiency with comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & SAP
- Sound understanding of financial principles.
- Analytically minded with the ability and inclination to work accurately with financial detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively at all levels
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
