After-Sales Engineer – Software and Electrical/Electronic Diagnostics

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analysis and management of technical field information, identifying incidents and setting priorities for problem resolution, with a focus on product quality, customer satisfaction and brand strengthening.
- Development of solutions for field incidents, contributing to the optimization of Warranty and Volks|Total costs, reducing financial impacts and increasing process efficiency.
- Specialized technical support to After-Sales Consultants, Export teams, Dealer Network and the Chamevolks Center, ensuring speed and accuracy in handling daily requests.
- Support to the Warranty Technical Center in financial recovery (chargeback) with suppliers, ensuring reimbursement of costs related to warranty processes.
- Preparation of technical circulars, service guidelines and instructional materials for the network, promoting standardization of technical support processes.
- Development and implementation of field campaigns, recalls and technical procedures in alignment with market needs and global engineering guidelines.
- Participation in technical discussions with suppliers to develop materials, campaigns and solutions aimed at continuous product improvement.
- Collaboration with After-Sales Consultants in new model evaluation programs, analyzing vehicle performance in the field and proposing corrective and preventive actions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree.
- Postgraduate degree (preferred).
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- Power BI (preferred).
