About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop algorithms and statistical models for predictive analysis.
  • Communicate insights clearly and concisely while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement based on data analysis.
  • Act as a strategic partner to business areas, translating requirements into actionable analytical solutions.
  • Collect, structure, and analyze large volumes of data from legacy systems and data lakes.
  • Develop dashboards and management reports (BI), ensuring data quality and governance.
  • Build data-driven business cases focused on improving efficiency, profitability, and growth.
  • Analyze the customer journey and propose improvements to processes, services, and customer experience.
  • Monitor KPIs and lead the definition of data-driven action plans.
  • Generate insights from analysis of asset performance, operations, and service contracts.
  • Develop and implement processes and automations for continuous generation of data, insights, and action execution, ensuring scalability and operational efficiency.
  • Turn analyses into concrete actions, tracking execution and measuring real business results.
  • Lead analytical projects and cross-functional initiatives, aligning internal and external stakeholders.
  • Promote a data-driven culture and best practices for data usage across the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree (a plus).
  • Strong experience in business analytics with a focus on decision-making.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik).
  • Knowledge of SQL and handling structured and unstructured data.
  • Experience building and managing strategic indicators (KPIs).
  • Experience with automation of analytical processes (e.g., Python, Alteryx, or similar).
  • Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), EDA (Exploratory Data Analysis), and fundamentals of Machine Learning.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management.
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform).
  • Intermediate English; advanced level preferred.
