Product Engineer, EE Components

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop sensors, battery, and power components according to the technical scope of ongoing programs, including LAH development, parts list management, and adherence to project timelines;
- Develop and certify switches, sensors, battery, and power components, including:
- *Homologation of cab components and systems according to national and international standards*
- *Monitoring and control of bench and durability tests*
- *Support in defining validation methods for certification*
- *Development of technical standards*
- Coordinate and analyze system/component development, ensuring performance, quality, timing, and cost targets;
- Support pre-development activities by leveraging lessons learned and field issues, including layout definition;
- Conduct benchmarking analysis on competitor vehicles;
- Support internal, external, and homologation testing; analyze results and adjust designs accordingly;
- Monitor prototype builds, ensuring quality, performance, and adherence to test timelines;
- Prepare technical documentation required for component release;
- Analyze and solve issues using structured methodologies;
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (R&D, Purchasing, Production, etc.);
- Participate in VCT meetings, tracking progress and deliverables;
- Follow up with suppliers on development activities, including concept development, tooling, and validation;
- Plan and manage activities aligned with project milestones;
- Apply innovation and new technologies to ongoing projects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or related fields;
- English: Advanced.
