Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials, Automotive Engineering, or related fields;
Postgraduate degree or Master’s in Mechanical, Automotive, or Materials Engineering;
Experience developing accelerated durability procedures for vehicles and validating automotive components;
Strong knowledge of strength of materials, machine elements, metallic material fatigue, and mechanical vibrations;
Experience with vehicle instrumentation and data acquisition systems (e.g., HBK, Siemens, Dewesoft) and analysis of experimental data from physical tests, focusing on strain gauge and acceleration signals;
Proficiency with data analysis software (Advanced Excel, NI DIAdem, NI Code Glyphworks, MATLAB);
Familiarity with data analysis and task automation in Python;
Development of test plans and technical reports;
Definition of instrumentation points and signal analysis (strain gauges, accelerations);
Planning and definition of accelerated durability test schedules on proving grounds;
Failure analysis and improvement proposals;
Collaboration with global multidisciplinary teams;
English - Fluent (technical).
