About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support test development and execution for vehicle durability, including instrumentation, data analysis, and continuous improvement of validation processes.
Develop test plans and technical reports.
Define instrumentation points and perform signal analysis (strain gauges, accelerometers).
Conduct failure analysis and propose corrective and improvement actions.
Collaborate with global multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
Strong knowledge of strength of materials, machine elements, metallic material fatigue, and mechanical vibrations.
Proactive, hands-on profile with high autonomy, technical rigor, and the ability to act assertively in identifying, analyzing, and solving problems, as well as driving continuous improvement of validation processes.
Familiarity with programming languages for data analysis and task automation (Python, Matlab, VBScript, etc.).
English – Fluent (technical).
Experience with cab and chassis components.
Postgraduate degree or Master’s in durability or engineering preferred.
Knowledge of CAE simulation software for structural or multibody analysis (ANSYS, Abaqus, ADAMS, HyperWorks suite).
Knowledge of project management and technical documentation.
Driver’s license: Category D or E.
