About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Source, identify, and engage top-tier talent for U.S. and global roles (technical and non-technical)
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Prepare and submit comprehensive candidate packages, including:
- - Screening notes
- - Reference checks (if applicable)
- - Written recommendation explaining candidate fit
- Build and maintain global talent pipelines
- Utilize sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, and networking
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing strategies
- Stay informed on regional hiring trends and market challenges
- Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in global and U.S. talent sourcing
- Ability to adapt sourcing strategies across different markets
- Experience sourcing both technical and non-technical roles
- Strong command of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, job boards)
- Confidence conducting virtual interviews (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
