About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define product strategy, roadmap, and execution plans for AI-powered and platform products.
Work closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand system architecture, APIs, integrations, platform capabilities, and AI technologies.
Partner with UI/UX teams to design intuitive, user-centered experiences that align with customer needs and business objectives.
Identify customer pain points and translate them into product opportunities.
Drive product discovery through customer interviews, market research, experimentation, competitive analysis, and data analysis.
Develop product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and make thoughtful trade-off decisions.
Measure outcomes, not outputs, using data and customer feedback to continuously improve products.
Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and identify opportunities to create differentiated experiences.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field required.
4+ years of Product Management experience (or equivalent product-building experience).
Demonstrated experience building and scaling platforms, developer products, marketplaces, SaaS products, or complex digital ecosystems.
Strong understanding of AI/LLMs and prior experience working on AI products or AI-enabled platforms.
Demonstrated technical expertise or strong technical exposure, with experience working alongside engineering teams on APIs, integrations, system design, and platform architecture.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to incorporate user feedback into product decisions and roadmap planning.
Strong understanding of product strategy, customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis.
Ability to work comfortably with engineers and discuss technical concepts, system design, APIs, data flows, and platform architecture.
Track record of shipping products from concept to launch.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical thinking and customer obsession.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action.
