About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and enhance desktop, web, or backend applications using C#, .NET and modern frameworks such as WPF and ASP.NET Core
Design and implement backend services, interfaces and Web APIs
Optimize existing applications for performance, stability and maintainability
Analyze technical requirements and coordinate with business units, product owners and project teams
Participate in agile development processes and apply modern development practices, Clean Code principles, testing and CI/CD
Perform code reviews, produce technical documentation and ensure quality assurance
Depending on experience: assume responsibilities in architecture, technical project leadership or mentoring

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training, degree in IT or equivalent practical experience
Experience in development with C# and .NET / .NET Core
Knowledge of ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, interface development or comparable technologies
Experience with object-oriented programming, clean software architecture and relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL or MySQL
Confident use of Git and basic understanding of agile development processes, testing and CI/CD
Analytical mindset, structured way of working and enjoyment of teamwork
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
Advantageous but not required: experience with Entity Framework, WPF, Blazor, Angular or React; knowledge of cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure or AWS; experience with Docker, Kubernetes or modern DevOps processes; interest in Clean Code, software quality and modern development practices
