About the role
- Represent the Vogelsang brand externally in a professional and customer-oriented manner
- Perform maintenance, repairs and servicing of customer machines as part of a team and, after training, independently on-site and in the workshop
- Identify and resolve faults in mechanical and hydraulic systems
- Work in an interesting and varied area of responsibility
- Support service trainings as a trainer
- Take on responsible tasks with good development opportunities
- Participate in the on-call rota after successful onboarding
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an agricultural machinery mechanic or precision mechanic (Feinwerkmechaniker) or a comparable qualification
- Good technical knowledge in mechanics and/or hydraulics (electrics an advantage)
- Solid knowledge of pump and shredding/size-reduction technology
- An independent working style, flexibility and a strong service orientation
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills and a confident, courteous manner
- Driving licence (Class BE) and willingness to undertake multi-day travel
- Good German and English language skills
