Finance & Business Consultant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and review advanced financial models (IRR, NPV)
- Prepare business plans, feasibility studies, and financial projections for investment and funding purposes
- Perform detailed profitability, cash flow, capital structure, and investment return analysis
- Support clients in securing funding through Strategic Investments, Development Law, ESPA, and RRF programs
- Analyze and interpret financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow Statement)
- Support budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and financial control processes
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and financial decision‑support discussions
- Build long‑term client relationships through ongoing financial advisory support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, consulting, or audit (Auidit firm, or transaction advisory background strongly preferred)
- In‑depth knowledge of Development Law and investment incentive frameworks will be preferred
- Proven experience in business plan preparation and complex financial modelling
- Strong background in financial reporting, performance analysis, and budgeting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial models, advanced formulas, scenario analysis)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced consulting environment
- Strong analytical thinking, structured approach, and high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English and Greek (written and spoken)
