About the role
- Configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications using App Engine to meet specific business requirements.
- Develop and maintain advanced scripts, business rules, and client scripts.
- Design and support data migration activities from legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations to validate functionality, data integrity, and user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Work within Agile Scrum teams to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain DHS Public Trust
- 6+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions
- 1+ year of experience with ServiceNow portal customization
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow App Engine for configuration and customization
- Ability to develop and maintain advanced scripts, business rules, and client scripts
- Experience supporting data migration from legacy systems to ServiceNow
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience working on Scrum teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
