About the role

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, APIs, and web technologies.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, functional applications and optimize system performance.
  • Build OmniStudio components (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Data Mappers, Expression Sets, Decision Matrices, Industry Consoles).
  • Configure Salesforce apps, objects, flows, reports, dashboards, and Experience Cloud pages.
  • Perform analysis, administration, troubleshooting, testing, and environment refreshes; maintain overall system health.
  • Manage system integrations between Salesforce and other platforms while ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and security.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to investigate requirements, prototype solutions, and validate user story acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate with team members for implementation, unit testing, and configuration management.
  • Prepare and maintain SDLC documentation as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with security best practices and implement measures to safeguard data and infrastructure.
  • Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet release goals.

Requirements

  • Active Public Trust clearance
  • 3–5 years of designing, developing, and customizing applications within the Salesforce platform.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Flows, automation tools, and OmniStudio development.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, sharing rules, and security architecture in Salesforce.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD processes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance for large-scale Salesforce implementations.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II is a plus).
  • Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) and/or AWS.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end customization.
  • Exposure to Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
