About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage one or more medium to high complexity technical projects
Perform business analysis activities to extract and document requirements with acceptance criteria
Lead discussions with the project team to identify tasks, dependencies, and project timelines
Facilitate scoping and planning with executive sponsors
Initiate delivery, launch, and post-launch support while holding retrospectives for improvements
Communicate fluently with project teams and executives, presenting complex information
Plan, schedule, execute, and monitor work to meet project targets
Negotiate trade-off discussions on schedule, scope, and budget as needed
Organize and lead project status meetings and working sessions
Identify and remove impediments for a successful project outcome

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a technical project manager
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM) or equivalent experience
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong working knowledge of document, spreadsheet, presentation, and project management tools
