About the role
- Lead the strategy and operation of cloud infrastructure (AWS), ensuring stability, scalability, and security.
- Lead, develop, and strengthen the Infrastructure and DevOps team, raising technical standards, operational maturity, and team autonomy.
- Define and evolve architecture standards, automation, and DevOps best practices.
- Manage and continuously optimize cloud costs, proposing structural efficiency initiatives.
- Drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with the corporate technology teams across the RD Saúde group, ensuring technical alignment and governance.
- Ensure adherence to defined security, compliance, and architectural standards across the ecosystem.
- Monitor technical and financial metrics for the area, presenting the impacts and results of implemented initiatives.
- Participate in the resolution of critical incidents and lead structured continuous improvement plans.
Requirements
- Solid experience with architecture and management of AWS infrastructure.
- Proven experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation, infrastructure as code).
- Experience in people management and technical mentoring.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders and corporate areas.
- Proactive profile with autonomy, strategic vision, and ownership mentality.
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Knowledge of observability and monitoring (e.g., DataDog, New Relic).
- Proven experience in cloud cost control and optimization (FinOps).
- Experience in environments with corporate technology governance.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Experience with GitHub Actions (CI/CD tools).
