About the role

  • Lead the strategy and operation of cloud infrastructure (AWS), ensuring stability, scalability, and security.
  • Lead, develop, and strengthen the Infrastructure and DevOps team, raising technical standards, operational maturity, and team autonomy.
  • Define and evolve architecture standards, automation, and DevOps best practices.
  • Manage and continuously optimize cloud costs, proposing structural efficiency initiatives.
  • Drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with the corporate technology teams across the RD Saúde group, ensuring technical alignment and governance.
  • Ensure adherence to defined security, compliance, and architectural standards across the ecosystem.
  • Monitor technical and financial metrics for the area, presenting the impacts and results of implemented initiatives.
  • Participate in the resolution of critical incidents and lead structured continuous improvement plans.

Requirements

  • Solid experience with architecture and management of AWS infrastructure.
  • Proven experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation, infrastructure as code).
  • Experience in people management and technical mentoring.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders and corporate areas.
  • Proactive profile with autonomy, strategic vision, and ownership mentality.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  • Knowledge of observability and monitoring (e.g., DataDog, New Relic).
  • Proven experience in cloud cost control and optimization (FinOps).
  • Experience in environments with corporate technology governance.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
  • Experience with GitHub Actions (CI/CD tools).
