About the role
- Develop, maintain and evolve high-performance REST APIs and backend services;
- Design, develop and enhance features for web applications and platforms with a focus on performance, scalability and user experience;
- Work on modern, responsive web applications integrated with the product ecosystem;
- Implement integrations with external services (email, payments, authentication, etc.);
- Participate in the full development lifecycle: analysis, technical design, coding, testing, deployment and monitoring;
- Make technical decisions, define architectural standards and contribute to development best practices;
- Identify, diagnose and fix performance and stability issues in backend and web systems;
- Perform code reviews to ensure quality, security and adherence to defined standards;
- Collaborate with Product Managers (PMs), Designers and other teams to turn product requirements into efficient technical solutions;
- Share knowledge, support more junior developers and contribute to the team’s technical growth;
- Stay up to date with technology trends and propose continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a full stack developer, working on both backend and web frontend;
- Proficiency in React.js;
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript;
- Experience developing REST APIs and backend integrations;
- Strong knowledge of Java and Spring or equivalent backend technologies (Node.js, .NET, C#, ASP.NET);
- Good knowledge of SQL and data modeling;
- Experience with CI/CD practices, logging, monitoring and observability;
- Experience with microservices or event-driven architectures;
- Knowledge of AWS, GCP or Azure;
- Experience with APM and monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, etc.)
