  • Strong experience migrating legacy mainframe data structures.
  • Experience with ALC and RTF data ingestion.
  • Deep expertise in: Java Spring Boot, Enterprise microservices, REST APIs, Enterprise integration, Data ingestion frameworks.
  • Experience designing high-volume enterprise data pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise orchestration tools and integration patterns.
  • Knowledge of IRS enterprise architecture and federal security standards.
  • Active IRS MBI (Minimum Background Investigation) clearance is required.
