Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years experience
Experience supporting IRS technical projects
Extensive hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream architecture, implementation, and optimization
Strong experience designing enterprise document generation and Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions
Experience with: Data mapping and document composition, Template design, Correspondence orchestration, Print and digital delivery channels, High-volume batch processing, Real-time document generation
Strong understanding of federal security, compliance, and IRS technical standards
Experience leading technical teams and enterprise architecture initiatives
Active IRS MBI (Minimum Background Investigation) clearance is required
