Assist the client’s Cybersecurity Operation team with creating a detailed, multi-year, multiple-phase ZTA project plan and schedule
Engage various business units to develop a phased approach to implementing ZTA activities for the client’s Enterprise IT and OT environments
Coordinate dates and gain commitments from BU stakeholders (Director-Level)
Organize and facilitate Director-Level discussions to inform plan and schedule for ZTA implementation activities
Monitor weekly progress and adherence to schedule and update the plan with Cybersecurity Management approval
Work with each functional BU area to identify barriers and roadblocks with a weekly rollup to Cybersecurity management and CIO for escalation
Run collaboration meetings and prepare supporting decks to advise Cybersecurity and IT leadership on significant risk, issues, and mitigation to support ZTA Roadmap Implementation
Provide ZTA-specific project management support in ZTA Roadmap and Implementation (Planning, Cost Schedules, and Performance)
Requirements
Physical or remote office space, phone, reliable internet connection that supports 2 Mbps or higher
5+ years of experience
A minimum of three (3) years working within a Cyber Security Project Manager function
A minimum of three (3) years’ experience performing Information Technology (IT) project or program management functions
Advanced level experience with project planning tools
Must be legally authorized to work in the United Stated without the need for employer sponsorship
Available during regular business operating hours (8:00AM – 5:00PM PST)
Ability to execute scope of work with minimal oversight; support/establish virtual meetings as needed
Ability to perform an independent gap analysis of existing processes and create recommendations for process refinement and/or new process execution(s)
Experience evaluating, recommending, and implementing commercial hardware and software security products
Experience with system, device, and application-level hardening and assessing the cybersecurity posture of software, hardware, and firmware
Experience supporting an integrated, dynamic cyber defense and leveraging cybersecurity solutions to deliver cybersecurity operational services
Experience researching emerging technology, requisite security requirements, and emerging threats to develop a way forward
Ideal qualifications: ISC2 CISSP, ISC2 CGRC or CAP, ISACA CISM, ISACA CRISC, CompTIA CASP+ or Security+, B.S. in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or Cybersecurity from an accredited University
