About the role

  • Manage and deliver an exceptional by-appointment-only service—including timely scheduling of appointments, engaging with customers to understand their needs and budget, providing professional and thorough product advice, and confidently closing sales.
  • Provide responsive sales and customer support through our CRM platform.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and strong product knowledge.
  • Maintain the display standards and overall cleanliness of the store.
  • Collaborate with logistics and product teams to resolve order, delivery, and service issues efficiently.
  • Represent our store and partner brands with consistent, high-quality communication.
  • Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales and customer support performance goals (KPIs).

Requirements

  • A warm, approachable, and professional personality with a genuine passion for customer service.
  • Strong communication skills in Thai and English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven retail customer service experience, ideally in musical instruments.
  • Familiarity with customer service platforms (CRM systems preferred).
  • Excellent listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • A team player with strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Must be currently based in Bangkok.
