About the role
- Manage and deliver an exceptional by-appointment-only service—including timely scheduling of appointments, engaging with customers to understand their needs and budget, providing professional and thorough product advice, and confidently closing sales.
- Provide responsive sales and customer support through our CRM platform.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and strong product knowledge.
- Maintain the display standards and overall cleanliness of the store.
- Collaborate with logistics and product teams to resolve order, delivery, and service issues efficiently.
- Represent our store and partner brands with consistent, high-quality communication.
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales and customer support performance goals (KPIs).
Requirements
- A warm, approachable, and professional personality with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Strong communication skills in Thai and English, both written and verbal.
- Proven retail customer service experience, ideally in musical instruments.
- Familiarity with customer service platforms (CRM systems preferred).
- Excellent listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- A team player with strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Must be currently based in Bangkok.
