Key responsibilities & impact

Overseeing the day-to-day accounting and reporting functions for the firm’s evergreen fund strategy
Managing monthly NAV reporting cycles
Preparing quarterly and annual financial statements and other monthly SEC filings
Investigation and resolution of complex accounting matters
Collaborating with cross-functional teams
Leading and managing internal and external audits

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 8-10+ years of experience in accounting within the asset management or financial services industry
Experience with investment company accounting and semi-liquid or evergreen fund structures preferred
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA or equivalent certification preferred
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS and SEC reporting and regulations
Understanding of complex private equity fund structures
Effective analytical, organizational, and oral and written communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong aptitude for learning new technology platforms
