Fundraising Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and expand our revenue streams — particularly through partnerships
- Acquire new corporate partners, foundations and donors
- Strategically develop existing partnerships (key account management)
- Develop the fundraising and partnerships strategy
- Identify new revenue sources and growth opportunities
- Plan and manage fundraising campaigns
- Work closely with the Executive Board and coordinate on strategic matters
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in fundraising/resource mobilization for an NGO, sales/business development, marketing, campaign management or CRM
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Structured working style and strategic thinking
- Willingness to take responsibility and drive initiatives forward
- Commitment to our mission and a desire to apply your skills to advance educational equity
