About the role

  • Configure the Mortgage Cadence Platform and other systems utilized by Visio operations teams
  • Interpret business requirement documents and configure solutions using administration tools
  • Update technical documentation (workflow documents, policy and procedures)
  • Support defect resolution and system configuration enhancements
  • Execute system configuration and unit testing against documented requirements
  • Perform data mapping for import/export files, configure workflow, user set-up and security, business rules, product and pricing, and third-party services
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to convert requirements into effective system configuration
  • Support quality assurance and user acceptance testing; triage and correct reported bugs or defects
  • Work with internal groups and outside vendors to ensure successful and quality project completion
  • Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned
  • Work Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm CST

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED equivalent
  • 5 years of experience with the Mortgage Cadence Platform
  • 3 years of Business Analyst experience
  • 3 years of mortgage-related experience
  • 3 years of system administration/configuration experience
  • Knowledge of the mortgage loan process (origination, processing, underwriting, closing/funding, title/closing, post-close)
  • Strong understanding of workflow design
  • Knowledge of SDLC lifecycles (Waterfall and Agile)
  • Experience in Azure DevOps or an equivalent system
  • Experience in SQL Management Studio, XML, Data Mapping, VB, and C#
  • Ability to use standard office equipment (printer, scanner, copier, fax, telephone, personal computer, and other peripheral devices)
  • Internal applicants: 6 months of Visio Lending work experience, no disciplinary actions within last 3 months, current manager notification required
