About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify improvement opportunities across business areas and propose data-driven solutions;
- Perform data analyses to support diagnostics and decision-making;
- Develop and deploy solutions based on Machine Learning, NLP, Generative AI, Optimization, Simulation, among others;
- Monitor and manage projects using agile methodologies;
- Foster interpersonal development through courses, direct client interaction, and teamwork.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Undergraduate students (from the 3rd year onwards) in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Information Systems;
- Strong logical reasoning, analytical skills, and creativity to propose and implement solutions;
- Critical thinking, communication and presentation skills, and good interpersonal relations;
- Fast learner with a strong curiosity to continuously learn about new technologies and a desire to make an impact;
- Preferable experience in extracurricular activities (e.g., junior enterprise, PET, undergraduate research, etc.);
- Recommended knowledge of Data Science concepts, NLP, Generative AI, Statistics, Databases and SQL, as well as proficiency in programming languages (Python, R, or others).
