About the role

  • Identify opportunities for improvement across business areas and propose data-driven solutions;
  • Perform data analysis to support diagnostics and decision-making;
  • Develop and deploy solutions based on Machine Learning, NLP, Generative AI, Optimization, Simulation, among others;
  • Monitor and manage projects using agile methodologies;
  • Foster interpersonal development through courses, direct client contact, and teamwork.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate students (from 3rd year onward) in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Information Systems;
  • Strong logical reasoning, analytical skills, and creativity to propose and implement solutions;
  • Critical thinking, communication and presentation skills, and strong interpersonal relations;
  • Fast learner with high curiosity to continuously learn new technologies and a desire to make an impact;
  • Preferably experience in extracurricular activities (e.g., junior enterprise, PET, research initiation, etc.);
  • Recommended knowledge of Data Science concepts, NLP, Generative AI, Statistics, Databases and SQL, and proficiency in programming languages (Python, R, or others).
