About the role
- Further development of our core platform (frontend, backend & services)
- Building and integrating LLM-based components (e.g. decision logic, assistant systems, orchestration)
- Developing intelligent voice and chatbots (inbound/outbound, voice & text)
- Contributing to agentic AI approaches (e.g. autonomous workflows, tool use, multi-step reasoning)
- Close collaboration with Product, Data Science, and customer-facing teams
- Ensuring quality, traceability, and compliance for AI-driven functionality
Requirements
- A permanent work and residency permit for Germany/EU
- More than six years of experience in backend or platform development
- Solid experience in planning and architecting large-scale software systems
- Experience with production-grade, distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, conversational AI, or agentic systems
- Proactive ownership of topics and a structured approach to problem-solving
- Understanding of enterprise requirements (security, audits, availability)
- Experience with productive voice systems, bots, or dialog platforms (nice to have)
- Experience with productive LLM frameworks and agentic patterns (nice to have)
