About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Verify patient insurance coverage, eligibility, and benefits prior to appointments or procedures
- Confirm deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and coverage limitations with insurance providers
- Accurately enter and update patient insurance information in the EMR system
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in insurance data to prevent billing issues

Requirements

- Strong EMR/EHR data entry skills with a high level of accuracy (non-negotiable)
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple workflows efficiently
