About the role
- Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets to uncover trends and patterns
- Developing and maintaining data models, dashboards, and reports
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business objectives and data needs
- Conducting data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Identifying areas for process optimization and recommending actionable insights
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing regular updates
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Presenting findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, or BI tools like Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience in building dashboards and reports for data visualization
- Ability to work systematically and maintain high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in a data-driven role is a plus
