Continuously identify and analyze user experience data across our global platform (intern onboarding to company hiring decisions).
Own implementation of data collection and tracking for all our products (Student Experience, Company Management, Partner Experience, Internal Systems).
Develop deep analytical insights around product usability by querying MariaDB using Metabase and complex SQL.
Work in cross-functional squads with Product, Engineering and Design to drive product execution through data-driven decisions.
Design and execute rapid A/B tests to validate hypotheses and iterate product improvements.
Present insights and recommendations to VI leadership and C-suite using high-quality visualizations.
Create, manage and own dashboards in Mixpanel and other tools used by product teams.
Build strategic relationships across VI teams and drive positive product impact through collaboration and influence.
Turn messy, multi-stakeholder data into clear stories that everyone can understand and act on.
Requirements
2+ years of full-time analytics experience in a fast-paced, product-led growth environment.
Hands-on experience with statistical analysis, SQL, and tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, R/Python (or equivalent).
Proven ability to work independently with full project ownership and minimal oversight.
You can write complex database queries with attention to performance.
Comfortable with A/B testing methodology and able to discern meaningful results.
Skilled in funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and other product analytics frameworks.
Able to synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable insights.
Capable of building dashboards stakeholders actually use.
Strong problem-solving skills and storytelling from complex datasets.
Quick to learn and adapt to new tech stacks and data architectures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
You stand out if: degree (or equivalent) in analytics, statistics, or related field; experience working in a remote startup environment; instinctive knowledge of data presentation.
